Nerth wasn't created to tell people what strength should look like.

It was created to remind them that they already have it.

For one person, strength might mean getting through a difficult season. For another, it might mean stepping into the gym when they don't feel ready, chasing a goal nobody else believes in, or simply getting up and choosing to keep going.

That's what Nerth was built around.

The name comes from the Welsh word for strength — but the meaning goes far beyond the word itself. Every piece we create carries that idea with it: a reminder of what you're capable of, wherever you are in your journey.

We wanted to create clothing that doesn't demand a certain lifestyle or tell you who you have to become.

Something you can wear on an ordinary day. Something you can train in. Something you can put on when you're going through it. Something that reminds you of the promise you made to yourself.

To keep going. To keep growing. To stay strong.
